Takes too long to just get a order in drive thru wait is ridiculous . When I ordered lunch or dinner it tasted cold and like it sat for awhile. Used to be my favorite place to go but I have had to go elsewhere. This is supposed to be fast food they have cars sitting at the menu waiting 5 minutes after they have already given thoer order. Keep this up I don't see burger king thriving.... interference to response to my review I have read through past posts and know you have been notified of the problems for quite awhile now . I don't see how you can get anyone's trust back unless you fix the problems Instead of just getting on here and apologizing. Jump ahead and few months and nothing has changed. They seem more worried about drive thru times than customer service . Mcdonalds food sucks and that drive thru is across the street and always packed where burger king is pretty much always dead.

Seriously some of the worst food we’ve ever had. We went through the drive through, paid A LOT of money for food the mostly went in the garbage. I would give less stars, but I can’t. Also tried to call and complain, phone number was out of service.

What in the world happened to this place over the past year or so? It use to be awesome. Now it takes 7 minutes per car in the drive through, the food isn't even great, the prices have almost doubled, and on top of it all, the order was wrong twice. I wonder if it's the same person running the drive through and front since even after the wait, you have to wait again before you can pull to the window. It never use to be this way, so I really don't know what changed. Also, almost $15 for a whopper, fry, and drink.
It's sad that you go to a place that is empty and the manager sees that we are ready to order and doesn't even say "I'll serve you in 1 minute" he just continued doing what he was doing and no one served us

Usually stop in at least once a day for one of my meals and Im always treated well pardon the pun... Maybe like Royalty :-) everyone here is pretty awesome especially the night crew always a smile on their face and joke around with me For those who complain about having to wait at drive through... wouldnt you rather WAIT for hot fresh food then be rushed through and have old nasty tasteless food? I dont really understand some of the negativity on here seems like a bunch of "Karens" and "loose Cannons" looking to tank a businesses ratings
the 1 time I got my sandwich wrong I went back let them know they were professional (CJ I believe his name was) went back made it himself and got me taken care of
My advice people be respectful and treat people the way you wanna be treated

All fast food places are about the same price but if you go to Burger King hungry you won't leave the same way. Burgers are huge, meat tender, fries are the best I ever had. I don't go in to eat so I can't give experience on the inside.
