They over charged me by 6.00 and would give me the money they owed me. Worst part the fish sandwich was nasty . Like cold and overcooked and the bread was dry and I asked for extra tarter payed for extra for it and got none. Iam ever going back!!!!!??.

Absolutely pathetic to wait in line 45 minutes to get cold food. Get up to order and have to wait another 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge you at the ordering station.

Came to Burger King for some good old wopper sandwiches but ordered two with cheese and got charged for it and did not receive cheese also ordered a chicken sandwich and it came with bacon which I thought was wired bc it's not advertised with bacon I come to this location time to time to see if the problem it has is fixt or not but it appears to not have and that is product quality serving old burger Patty's and Fry's that are old and not crisp old chicken Patty's that are dried out if I have to take one good thing out of this whole ordeal it whould be the staff there always in a good mood when I do come in but the product quality needs to be addressed by someone a step higher than the General Manager.

Total ___t this place should be closed down. Puts out cold food and coffee out drive thru window. Iowa stat inspectors need to do a suprised inspection on this dump. Also they will make you wiat minutes at the speaker til they are ready to have you pull forward when there is no cars ahead of you??/ tying to make them selfs look good for window thru time!

Good food every time I'm there, staff remembers their regulars, only ever had one bad experience with rude employees and slow service but on a regular day even while busy staff are usually nice and welcoming and will have your order ready in 5

Hands down worst burger place in fort dodge. The employees inconvenience the customers in order to doctor up their drive thru times ( make you wait at ordering screen until food is ready or make you drive through twice to pick it up because they no longer bring it to you) and tell the customers that that directive comes from higher up, their employees are very rude and argumentative to the extent of when told they were going to lose business doing things that way their response was that they didn't care. I hate this burger king location. They are pathetic. I have emailed several complaints and never have I ever gotten a response. Go somewhere else. Save time.
Whopper is the best fast food burger. Onion rings and fries need improvement. Drive thru sucks but dine in is fine.Vegetarian options: Impossible Whopper is great!

My husband and I ordered two Impossible Whopper Meals with NO MAYO since we are vegan. We ordered in the drive-thru and they made us wait at the order menu screen for several minutes before pulling up to the window (I am assuming they did this to decrease their window time and to appear quicker at their speed). After we got our order and pulled into the parking lot both of our Impossible Whoppers were slathered in mayo. My husband went inside to get New Impossible Whoppers. He watched the cook make them and then we left. On the road we took a bite of our Impossible Whoppers and they were REAL MEAT wrapped in the Impossible Whopper package! We will never be going to this Burger King again and advise others to do the same.

It’s a fast food place, of course. All you really want is the food fast and good. And it was. I ordered minus ingredients on my Whopper and the order came out perfect. The restaurant was nice, redecorated, and clean. Very convenient on the Main Street of Fort Dodge. A bit of a drive off the main US Highway 20, it’s on the Highway 20 Business Route about a 5-10 minute drive. Great place, nice people.
