Came to eat with family, waited a hour & a half for food that was still raw & frozen in the middle, didn’t even receive the full meal we ordered. The bartender said the waitress was supposed to take the meal off & did nothing but gave a $1 discount. An only being checked on once in the full 2 hours we sat there as the waitress avoided & took long ways around us! To top it off, as we were walking out of the hotel there was a freaking COCKROACH just hanging out on the back of my boyfriend’s sweatshirt!!! Was told to call the owner Paige when she returned Monday. Have called multiple times trying to get this solved & never received calls back! Between both family’s we spent well over $150! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! Attached is a photo of the roach we killed at the hotel after walking out of the restaurant

Advertised prime rib special. I suspect the cut I got was sirloin. It was definitely not prime rib. Meat was tough. Server was very nice. Drinks were good

I had the New York Strip and the wife had the chicken. I like my steak very rare and it came out of the kitchen perfect. The server was very friendly and she checked on us the perfect number of times. I would of liked just a little more seasoning on my steak and the wife said her rice was a little too salty. I tried the rice and didn't think it was too salty. Overall would recommend! We spend 79 dollars plus tip on a meal that I felt could of been 100 dollars plus the tip.

Melissa the bartender is absolutely great, kind and fun to talk too, the server and cook are on point and the food is solid! Highly recommended (it should also be noted that the restaurant is attached to the comfort inn hotel complex but they're separate entities and not affiliated)

I will be coming back here every time I'm in town for work and it's absolutely the perfect 'hole in the wall' spot to forget about work stress, relax and eat!!! Thanks!!!!

a steak restaurant in iowa inside a hotel the place is very busy at dinner. The star of this restaurant is its very friendly and attentive staff. Despite being very busy, their positive and friendly attitude was noticeable, especially in the young man who served us. Good food within expectations.
