When I pulled up at 8:45 there was 3 cars in front of me. At 9:10 I got to the window finally. I was ignored for 10 minutes. Even after tapping on the window trying to get attention. I pulled away without paying or getting any food. Went to McDonald’s, ordered, paid, and food in 7 minutes. You have lost my business for good, I’m sure with all the others still waiting in line probably until tomorrow waiting for food
