I went through Drive thru and when I got to the Window I tried to ask the lady if they had any complaints with the Dunkin mobile app. Last 3 times I came the app wasn’t working and I was unable to use my rewards.The lady told me she has been busy since 5AM and isn’t taking questions right now. I thought that was a bit rude. I asked for the GM or CSR info I was told they don’t have a number that I needed to take the survey on receipt if I had a complaint. I left upset and ontop that I had Burnt food and 2 orders of Snackin Bacon that tasted like grease.I returned to the Store the next day and asked for Store Manager the cashier said she was busy I waited almost 5 minutes. Finally the Cashier came back and asked if she could help me. When doing so I noticed another Female with Red or brown hair rolling her eyes and had a smile on her face.I asked the girl who was the Store ManagerShe pointed to the same lady that was rude to me in drive threw window now she’s rolling her eyes. I can’t believe she is the Store Manager I was very surprised. 2 separate occasions she could have helped me and did not.I will not Return to this store

Had order online and a additional drive thru order. Failed to give me the complete online order left off donuts I didn't know what the order was for originally. Then the drive thru order was also messed up ordered 2 coffees and 2 long John's got one long john and one donut ugh I know they were busy but....... not a happy camper here ?

Waiting for my two drinks after four other customer behind me got their drinks first. Got at the counter asking where my drinks where? They forgot my order, ticket never printed, bla, bla,bla. Worst service ever for two simple drinks!

This place is incredibly awful and very rude, just went there and the customer service is very bad and poor management. They got my order wrong twice and when asked to fix it a third time I finally decided to just return it and forget about it, the workers then proceeded to have an attitude and rudely use profanity.
