Hacienda Vieja Reviews
average food, horrible service, down right rude, never again, they should not be in business and since we were one of three tables, hopefully not much longer.
We were there for mother's day. We were waiting for 15 minutes and nobody came to get our drinks or even say hello.
They were not even busy we got there at 3:30. there were some people that got there at the same time as us and they got their food and drinks before we were even helped.
There were 7 of us we were obviously going to leave a good tip our family has worked as servers before, really disappointing we were hoping to have a good experience.

It took forever to get our order in. Instead of getting the chips we asked for, the waitress talked to people in the back, and washed off tables. 20 minutes later, we got the chips, but even getting our food took quite a while, and they weren't busy. Food was just okay, and we were only asked if we wanted a refill after bill was delivered. Not impressed.

Hacienda Vieja is a Mexican restaurant attached to a Best Western Hotel, accepting cash and credit cards. The staff is extremely friendly, providing quick service and speaking both English and Spanish. The menu offers an extensive range of options, including some American dishes, margaritas, and beer. Some dishes taste canned rather than fresh, but the staff's pleasantness makes up for it. The ambiance is dark and heavy, but not unpleasant, with lots of parking and wheelchair accessibility. The restaurant is kid-friendly. Reviews mention El Presidente with great flavor & quality, chips and queso, shredded chicken nachos, and burrito. The Spicy Cucumber Margarita is a perfect summer refreshment. The chicken flautas with a ground beef Mexican pizza were a happy choice. The restaurant stayed open late and served a few cocktails.
