Slow as can be. Bad food horrible customer service. If you want slow service, cold food and crap service this is your place. Waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru to get told we don't have that. (Sold out and not making more today) We have 5 people working that why the wait. Do better it must be hard

Breakfast is amazing and fast but for some reason once 4pm hits it gets extremely slow and there would be 4 cars and it still take 25 minutes in the drive thru

I got a Big Mac about 1:00 hardly any sauce on it & the bun was so dry that the top crumbled I’ve had quite a few but it will be awhile before I order another Big Mac

Normally when someone says no lettuce you'd think they'd get no lettuce, but 70% of the time i go here i still get lettuce on my burger. How hard can it be to read?

I responded twice to my customer service request online, but today I received a notice that my case was closed due to no response! First reply was to contact Door Dash. The second reply was about the delivery charge, which had nothing to do with my complaint!!! Now it's case closed?!?

My drinks were made wrong and one of them was a medium instead of a large!! There was no coffee or flavor in them. They were sugar, water, and creamer! The only reply I had was to contact Door Dash! Door Dash didn't make my coffee!! This is not how customer service works!!

I called customer service and they told me since I had it delivered Door Dash is responsible for their error. I ordered through McDonald's app, not the third party app. They didn't make my coffee wrong McDonald's did!

This was a $60 order. They want to point the finger at Door Dash!! This is NOT customer service.

Order 2 chicken nuggets kids meals. Went inside to order. They where very rude they couldn't remember the dipping sauce or the 2 chocolate milks had to yell at someone to get the milk. Did this same order a week later same thing happened but ended up walking out with the milk because they were to busy to care so I just took to cups a filled up with pop instead but guess what no lids where stocks ended up finding them in the cupboards under the pop machine myself. Yes it was a little busy but they had someone standing thier doing nothing at the register as everyone was using the kiosk to order. It's mcdonald's what do I expect

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any McDonalds in my almost 50 years on the planet. They didn’t get anything right. The worst. No receipt after 6 cars pulled past for 2 meals. Then I walked in and all they gave me was my burger. Not the rest of the order. So then they give me the rest of the order and say they gave a 6 piece nugget for free for the mistake. Only they shorted us a fry. So I guess fast food officially is dead. How do I give negative stars????

I went to the drive-thru and when I went to order I said I need two orders. They said no only one. Then I said okay. I need three of the same meals the same way with the same drink and the lady says why you got to be so complicated then I got to the first window and they charged me for the wrong order so I had to wait for them to refund my money which didn't go right back on my card. I'm still waiting on the money then they made me pay for the right order. Then I pull up to the next window. They give me my drinks and they hand me the bag and said it's all in there and I pull away and I stop and I look in the bag and it's the wrong order. So I come who had to go back around and get the right order the service. It was probably the worst that I've ever had going to McDonald's.

Ordered a big Mac and somehow they forgot the meat LMAO I don't understand how you do that so they had me come back and get a new one and tried to make me pay for it while the rest of my food is at home getting cold. Worst fast food experience I've ever had

Visited this location for the first time on 1/22/25 between 2:15-2:45pm. Slow period between lunch & dinner rush hours, got 8-10 employees,
handful of vehicles in drive-thru & between 4-8 patrons dining-in. Spent few minutes waiting to order a quarter-pounder combo. Fries looked skimpy & dark brown instead of the iconic golden... most likely been sitting too long in the heater due to slower volume period. They have one of those more modern soda machines with the touch screens & syrup flavor add-ons, except I think the flavor options were disabled when tried using them. No ice in the machine either. Just think they need someone to be doing rounds every 20-30min pending on traffic volume to make sure everything is in order, cleaned & stocked.

It has come to my conclusion that both McDonald's in Fort Dodge have gone to crap probably due to the employees not giving a 100%. Tonight we went threw drive threw & ordered 3 McCrispy, 3 large fries, & a large mocha frappé. We got to drive threw window paid then gone to next window to be told to pull foward to wait for our order which was fine which meant it be hot & fresh. Got my frappé while waiting, but when one of the workers came out with peoples orders they looked lost & confused & didn't know which order belong to who at first. When we got our order we left parking lot & had to turn back around because we were missing 2 of the fries we ordered, but had everything else. My husband goes in & he tells me that nobody really tried helping him they kept saying go to the keyas to order when he had an order in his hand that needed fixed. A lady also waiting for her messed up order told my husband you gotta put your foot down or they ignore you & hide in the back. Finally he got someone to fix his order & when we left the parking lot I go to eat my sandwhich it had no mayo, Lettuce, or tomatoe like it showed in the photo just a plain sandwich a piece of chicken with no mayo & 2 pickles. I'm very disappointed in McDonald's & I feel like they need to step up there A game come on guys you can do better I'm disappointed in you guys. I always check my orders when going out to eat, but if it's wrong I'm hoping the employees get it right the second time there was no way I was turning back around again for my sandwiches to be fixed usually I had no problems with those.
