Only 2 people working the front. No hostess or manager to be seen. Took us 10 minutes to be acknowledged and seated. Once seated it took our server a bit to get us our drinks. Kitchen seemed to be a bit backed? Up. Our food was slow to come up.
My experience at Mineral City Mill and Grill was average. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is a comfortable place to sit down for a meal, with a setting that feels welcoming.
The food was decent, but some dishes were better than others, and overall consistency could be improved. Service was okay, though a bit slow at times, especially during busier periods.

Food is good quality. Kate the bar manager was our server she knows the menu very well and she also knows the local area very well.
She’s very knowledgeable and personable, great knowledge of customer service, she said that the training they received was excellent.
