We met with Adam, from the Fort Dodge restaurant, for catering the funeral meal for our dad. He was so professional and helpful. The day of catering at the parish center, he was present, provided excellent food and and even better than excellent service. We were very pleased. We will be using Fort Dodge Pizza Ranch for future catering.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the experience I had at your location this past Saturday during my son's birthday party.
To begin with, the manager unilaterally changed the time I originally requested for the party to accommodate his own overbooking mistake. This was completely unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress and disruption to our plans. He was also incredibly rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction.
