Went through the drive through today and they forgot my cold foam, the guy I see there almost every day chased me out to the parking lot to put it on for me. I was just going to drive because it's not that big of a deal but that gentleman went above and beyond. Top tier customer service.

It’s 7:54 the open sighn is on doors are locked drive through has nobody working it drive up to the window to 2 ladies counting down the drawer the date is 8/14/25 management check the cameras this sucks I just wanted a cake bite

The lady was very rude and annoyed and had an airpod in at the window. They filled my cup up 3/4 of the way. I got a peanut butter crunch but it just tasted like only espresso and ice.

The drinks are goob, there rewards app is very worth it! Great place, but I have one complain, I tried there spicy burrito for the first time about 3 months ago, it was delicious. But recently, the more I go there, the more the quality of the food and service deteriorates. The burritos are cold to the touch, the employees give snarky replies to questions, and when I let them know I heard a cat that had been meowing outside their building, they looked at me like I was crazy. If you go there, you'd better hope you get the better of their employees, because the other half is just disappointing in service.

It's so sad to go Scooters after my last visit being glare at for ordering a drink just mean. I have been fighting cancer and thought, why not go to my favorite place. They talk about the customer through head sets . I also have the owners information check camera footage proof of my point

I’ve only tried their muffins which are also pretty amazing so if you get a chance stop by and pay them a a visit and let them know that I sent you
