Hoshi Japanese Express Fort Madison offers a great experience with fresh, delicious food full of flavor. The sushi is very good, and the Crab Rangoon is the best. The Rainbow roll is better than Burlington's, the Sweetheart Potato roll is awesome, and the California Roll is also good. The Joes roll is recommended for a salmon lover, and the Lobster and shrimp is amazing. The steak and scallop Hibachi is great, with big pieces of steak and large scallops cooked very nicely. There is A LOT of food. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the cashier is so sweet, with lovely conversation and great jokes. The paint selection for the interior is so fun, with bright colors that give such personality. The restaurant is spotless. The owners really care. This place is a gem and a winner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
