The lunch buffet was really good!
We have always preferred the ft Madison Pizza Hut over keokuk and quit going to the keokuk one a long time ago. Not sure we will be back to the ft Madison one now either. Although the food tasted good, the service was horrible. We took 3 adults and 4 children there to enjoy a nice meal out. She didn’t write down the drink order and it got messed up and obviously there are no kids glasses anymore bc they ALL were brought adult size and no lids!! We travel a lot, and this is probably the worst visit to any Pizza Hut in any state. Our server, Brandon, must have apologized 20 times about being slow, not knowing what was on the menu, and what they had available to serve. When we arrived the lights of the restaurant were turned off and no customers inside. The men's bathroom didn't look or smell like it had been clean in days. Trash bin overflowing, and the toilet was dirty.
