I had an online order and it was supposed to be the all american w/o veggies, they messed it up the first time and put roast beef instead of bacon. Then they gave me a free sandwich & which was supposed to be the correct way along with a free cookie. I got home opened it and noticed they messed it up again. They forgot the cheese . I know mistakes happen which is why I wasn't mad the first time. I'm not mad this time either, but it's just annoying for the repetitive mess up's......read full review

The food is always good, but it’s pretty frustrating when you’re the only customer inside and have to wait for 5 minutes to get your order taken since they are too busy making online orders, and this isn’t the first time that this has happened. The customer that is there in person should always have priority as it is with any other actual business.

This is the only fast food place in Fort Madison that doesn't mess up your order or give attitude when asking for a correction. Friendly staff, nice setting to enjoy a meal I love having a drive through option.
