when dine in is available because the drive up is slow but they screw up the food too much like they are swamped or something. Burgers are good, Onion Rings a curly fries good...when you get them. Got onion rings tonight and you have to wait for them and got 1 big onion ring and 3 tiny ones with half the box curly fries that were cold. tried to call e times no answer
Love the staff and the food. Have had the occasional mix up with my orders but they always fix it with a smile and an apology for free. Great customer service and the best smiles and laughs around!

I placed my order online. I struggled with the part where they sent you a link via text to let them know you're close, for them to begin preparing my food. The link came in 2 text messages, split in half. Therefore I couldn't just click on it, I had to copy and paste both halves. However, my food was ready to go when I got there. Curly fries were old, but I got the monster burger which was more than enough itself.
