“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“This afternoon when I came in around 2 p.m. and ordered a $5 your way Whopper Jr meal to go, the employees seemed overwhelmed but trying their best. My food was hot, fresh and everyone was communicating to each other to make sure the correct order was handed out to each customer and I really enjoyed seeing that kind of teamwork. I don't know everyone's names but all of the employees working when I came in definitely deserve a kudos! I do remember they were mostly female and I did see one hard working gentleman in the kitchen-it was refreshing to see. Food was great, and will return in the future.
The only downside is that you don't have strawberry milkshakes.“

“It's your all American family fast and favorite restaurants and people expect way much in the service given the place and the fact we all know that the turn out rate is severe in a typical place like this! Be kind to them and give the benefit of the doubt in the fact most wouldn't ever work there nor do they respect the fact someone is willing so that you can have that family favorite chain food ? treat people as you would like people“
