Did mobile order and still had to wait 10-15 minutes. The waiting is fine, but they forgot my drink and I didn’t think about it until I was on my way home. To be fair, it’s not always like this. Just a little angry cuz I need my medium coke!! ?
Very clean, food was good, service could have been better, as the lady running the register (4/20/2023 1130hrs) told us she was not good at this. And we had to ask for cups, and my sons order and points (the app) were all messed up and she said "well sorry nothing I can do about it now" ?????It did get fixed by a manager , but she gave the total wrong answer.

Took 18 minutes to get my mobile order which was a frozen coke and a cheeseburger. Meanwhile a dozen cars made it through the drive thru (stopped counting fter 10). Something seriously wrong with McDonalds ability to handle service now a days.
