Cannot say enough about this place! Yes will return! Ambiance warm, food was very good, very good! Historic building ,very clean,can accommodate large parties, the bar area was very neat.had the street tacos steak, and the birria tacos. The best so far!
I was kind of skeptical that we would find good Mexican in the middle of Iowa but happily surprised by this spot! Nice ambiance in what looks like a converted rail road station. Guac and salsa were just ok but the entrees were really good and also quite fairly priced.
Inside the old train station, historical and cozy, you'll find the best restaurant in Grinnell. The food is not complicated but who doesn't love rich guac, savory shrimp and homemade salsa? But the real star is how fast and professional the servers are, would return, would pick for a first date. Gracias!!
