Food is always great! Must try

Nick Darland

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. After ordering a sandwich, I waited 45 minutes before having to approach the counter to ask about my order. A staff member pointed at a sandwich, which I took, only to realize after taking a bite that it was not mine. When I returned it, the employee not only failed to take responsibility but instead blamed me. When the rightful customer inquired about her order, he said, "He just walked up to the counter and took it." I stated that I didn’t appreciate being falsely accused, but the staff showed no accountability. Even after I walked away, the employee continued telling other customers what had happened, shifting the blame entirely onto me. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, I don't care what industry you're in. The food itself was decent, but certainly not worth the long wait and poor treatment. Given the lack of professionalism and respect from the staff, I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this place to anyone.

Fast, fun and friendly in a low profile setting. Chicken curry was delicious...tasty, but not too spicy.

We ordered 3 specials , the Cubano , and brought out to the farmers in the field today !
They devoured them ! Such an upgrade from the regular ham sandwhiches in their lunch boxes ! Thanks Jay and crew !!!

Went to Jay's deli on homecoming weekend for the first time. Ordered the special, which was Amazing except I got home and realized they only gave me part of my sandwich. so I called them back and got voicemail since it was during lunch rush and left a message with my situation and never to this day have received a call back. Very disappointed because the sandwich itself was amazing but I was disappointed in the customer service, especially since I waited 30 minutes to get my food on a busy day and it was only a partial sandwich. Photo can be provided.

I would share a photo, but I ate the sandwich so fast it’s gone. ? I had a veggie sandwich, chips, and a scoop of ice cream. I don’t eat meat and have had a lot of veggie sandwiches and this was by far the best I’ve had in a while. This place is a perfect example how simplicity can still wow by having fresh ingredients. I live about 30 min from town this was a random stop, but I will definitely be back!

Have known the Jays guys for a long time. The mix of sandwich options is a great variety and the taste is never dull ! I like the Four Meat with a fatty matty twist and the Reuben is pretty good too

Got "the best Reuben" and wasn't disappointed! Love that it was crunch from the toasting. The coffee shop in front is really nice as well and I will definitely be stopping in next time I'm in town to check it out.
