Stopped in for breakfast on my way to work. They lost my order and had me pull into the parking lot to wait for 20 minutes. Left without food. Worst McDonald's I've ever visited.

I was waiting on my order and an Uber driver was sitting in the booth waiting on an order. I watched him open a bag he had for delivery and started eating some of the fries. There were 3 other people with me who saw the incident. NEVER will I use an Uber. What is sad is the McDonald's worker watched him.

Staff are very disrespectful I put in a job application and did 4 interviews and got hired they never called me back and when I called I was informed I was on the do not hire list and I never worked for McDonald’s

I normally do not eat the fries. My granddaughter insisted I have one of hers. Those fries were the best I had ever had from McDonald's!!! I went up and ordered my own, yummo!! Idk what they did differently but their FF's were awesome!
Staff was friendly and had smiles on their faces. Food was hot and of good quality.

Restrooms were clean, staff - some friendly, some need improvement, but order was right and it was quick.
Vegetarian options: Chuong Garden in Grinnell would be a better option for vegetarian meals. Does McD's even have salads anymore???
Parking: Attached parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking and sidewalk accessibility, not sure if the doors have the wheelchair door buttons, though.

There was a line with only 1 register open. Instead of jumping in and opening another register the manager told the guy running the open register to tell customers to use the kiosk instead of waiting in line. Gave me 3 extra small cups instead of small like I had ordered. I even had to ask for the cups and fill them. Manager had a bad attitude and did not really care about customers(or atleast gave off that impression)
