I was in from Florida for work, and my experience reminded my why the Midwest is that much better than other parts of the country. The staff was friendly, they brought our food out to our table, including my coffee. The food, while simple in appearance, was cooked perfectly and the english muffin was crispy just the right amount. Honestly, great experience and an A+ effort from everyone involved here; what a great customer experience.

The gentleman that was running the front end on 08/17/25 did an amazing job at lunch time. He was very professional and polite. He even held the door open for us as we left and told us to have a good day. Only somewhat negative thing I had in my experience was the fries were underdone. Otherwise the team there did a great job.

Awful customer service. I had one of the worst customer service and dining experiences I’ve ever had McDonald’s at this location. I was shocked by how the manager handled a simple concern I brought up about my order. Instead of listening or trying to help, they were rude and dismissive — and even went so far as to insult me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I don’t expect five-star service at a fast food place, but basic respect isn’t too much to ask. I won’t be coming back.

Stopped in for breakfast on my way to work. They lost my order and had me pull into the parking lot to wait for 20 minutes. Left without food. Worst McDonald's I've ever visited.
