Going to Solera is a highlight for me of any trip to Grinnell to visit my daughter. I live in the Twin Cities and I only wish we had such a cozy, fun place to go with this great wine selection. A+++

The menu features flatbread pizzas, such as the bacon habanero pizza, cooked in pizza toaster ovens. Multiple flatbread pizza options, like the Nancy pizza, are available and stand out from typical pizza joints. The owner provides a welcoming experience, making guests feel at ease, and visitors can enjoy meeting the owner and learning about the different wines in the shop. With a patio area and a wide selection of drinks, Solera is a great spot to relax and unwind in a friendly, eclectic space.
