“I went in tonight they asked me if I was going to dine in or out so I said I was going to dine in went down to the register ordered they asked me again is this for here to go I said for here they actually packed my food to go I had to ask for a bowl and extra crackers for my chili the only reason why I'm commenting this is because I noticed that the other people that said that they were dining in they were told to have a seat I was never told that and the young lady who took my order blonde hair gray sweatshirt had selective hearing problems sorry I could not provide a name I understand teenagers need a job the least you could do is pay attention to your customer and what they are ordering thank you former special education associate Des Moines Public Schools“

“This Burger King is the best one that my boyfriend and i had ever been too. The guy taking our order was the most up-beat happy go lucky guy i had ever met in a fast food buisness. It happened to be his birthday day 70 yrs old i believe. The other manager and staff were so nice and polite. What a great experience it was. Thanks for the great service!“

“The service was the worst. The area where you sit was greasy the floor was greasy and everything we touched was sticky. Our fries were cold and the sandwich was so messy. The worst part was we were the only people there and it took 15 minutes to get our food. I don't usually do this but this is the second time this happened there so I am warning people to stay away until they change.“
