They refuse to take a credit card over the phone. So, they lost my business. Never heard of such a thing. So sad, and they have the best pizza in town. What a loss.

Haven't had Godfather's in years and decided why now. Unfortunately, the was a reason why we haven't had it in so long in the first place... No customer service at all. Placed our order on the website for carryout. Immediately received email confirmation with expected wait time and charge already pending on my card. The Mrs. went to retrieve the carry out order. After waiting several minutes at the counter the guy with earbuds in doing nothing finally comes to counter. He told her they don't have our order since their internet has been down all day. Tells her to cancel the order on the app and walks away. No apology, no offer of putting an order in manually right then, no anything, just walks away. Compete trash! Not sure how to cancel an order when done through website without a Godfather's account. Now, I may have to dispute the charge if it completes through my financial institution. Just wonderful! First and last time here at this location. No wonder Godfather's Pizza has been shutting down locations every where.

Kaleb and Mal are by far above standards every time! They work hard and always make sure to give you what you pay for, quality pizza and wings. They are always honest about a mistake and always do their best to fix it! Their goal is to have a happy customer and they do just that! I’ll eat their food ANYTIME! And shout out to Gerzey, one of the delivery drivers, always prompt and proper! Over all amazing night crew both kitchen and store staff!

Tanya at the 1201 N. Jefferson Indianola, IA location, you are amazing! This woman sets the bar sky high with customer service. I called to have a pizza delivered for my brother in laws birthday, he was at work down the street from their store, she said they don't have delivery drivers that come in until 3 pm, the time was 10:30 am, she said but there is a store employee who can deliver it, the web site was down for me to pay, we were on the phone for 45 min attempting to get the pizza paid for, she called her manager about the problem, called me back, finely we got the card to take the payment, in the mean time she had the pizza being prepared, she said several times we are going to get your brother in law his birthday pizza. WOW, her personality was so cheerful, it almost felt like I knew her... Godfathers needs to give her her own store, she goes above and beyond, hands down. I gave her a good tip for her job well done. I will be going by there next week, I hope she will be working that day so I can stop in and meet her. GREAT JOB TANYA.
