Called 2 weeks ago (Jan 9th) to book a 4 year olds birthday party and today I got a call (1 week out from her birthday party and got told that they couldn’t honor our reservation for the party because whomever booked it, booked it “incorrectly”. Now I wasn’t going to write this in but it’s bullshit that I’ve sat on this reservation for 2 weeks now and nobody called me until today.

We were here for a late Christnas get together. We had good service, good food and plenty of drinks and dessert. The best chicken ever. The game room is a huge hit for the kids, young and old. Our favorite place to go as a family.

Food is usually always good but it doesn't make sense that they don't always have the usual pizza flavors(cheese, pepperoni, etc) available. Also, the kids always want to play in the arcade and the last 3 times we've been there, half the games don't work and take your credits.

Another delicious meal at Pizza Ranch! I was able to try the new Chicken Boom Boom salad and it is a winner! Great flavors, bursting with color, a great addition to the salad bar. The dressing is a little spicy for me (Im a wimp), but I heard two other patrons raving about it while I was eating so you know its good.
Brandi and Shelby were working hard to keep guests happy and buffets filled, and they did an excellent job. The new chicken cook did great at keeping his buffet full, and the chips he made were perfect!
