They had some technical difficulties getting our b-day party funzone cards set up, but the staff worked quickly to resolve it. Food was delish as always.

This is what happens when I order pizza with extra cheese and no trail dusting. Most times they will send a replacement that has more cheese and even more trail dusting that I didn’t want. I get told I have to order the pepperoni classic when I ordered the pepperoni classic, because it is listed that it doesn’t come with trail dusting. I usually end up with 2 “free” pizzas I can’t eat and then the third or fourth time I get it right, and by then it’s been two hours. I love the arcade and buffet but ordering delivery is a no go unless I want my pizza wrong.

All the staff was very nice and professional and working with urgency. The manager was running the restaurant with keeping each customer in mind. The restaurant was so busy with entire restaurant filling up within minutes. The staff was working hard to ensure buffets were clean and full. Observing I saw employees carrying multiple items to fill buffet and clearing tables as fast as they could. The manager was keeping staff going and helping as needed to ensure food was fresh and full on buffets. As she was seating all guests that came in she was filling the dessert bar. All staff was working as a team to keep all customers happy. Great work Pizza Ranch Indianola. Keep it up. Your Pizza Ranch restaurant is one of the top best I have ever been to.

love the chicken and ice cream

In my opinion the staff is really nice and the food is amazing. The arcade is a pretty fair size and has great games, for little kids, teenagers, and adults.

Do not go here. My children were really hungry and they delivered our order to the wrong house. They asked us to wait another 90 minutes. I asked for a refund.
