Kind folks. Delicious & fresh everything. Great portions. We just left and I'm already drooling thinking about our next trip to crepes heaven!
I'm very picky when it comes to Crepes. I'm so happy to say that this place NEVER lets me down. When I have friends visiting from out of town, I always tell them to stop by here. The food is delicious, the owners are very friendly and happy, and it's in close walking distance to downtown shops. If you are looking for quality food and excellent price point, try this place for breakfast or dinner!
Excellent gluten-free crepes. Everything I've tried here has ben impeccable and delicious. Highly recommend!

I was so excited to be able to eat a GF DF crepe for the first time in a long time. I ordered the La Belle, which is a lemon and blueberry one. The GF DF mixture was spot on without even being able to tell the difference. This crepe is more on the sour side due to the lemon juice. I prefer a sweeter one, but it still was good. It could also have been because I could not have the butter added. The staff were very kind and talked to me about the crepes and asked questions while they were making the food. I would return here again if I am ever in town.

RUN, don't walk, and try the crepes and tea at this amazing cafe! Decided to get dinner here and WOW, I was blown away at how incredible everything was. I tried the L'Ocean savory crepe and I cannot overstate just how delicious it was. Best damn pesto sauce I've ever had, and the flavors were all just sheer perfection. For the sweet crepe, I had Le Reve - also fantastic! Enjoyed both crepes with a hot earl grey tea....it might have been the best earl grey I've ever had! The presentation of everything was on point. I left feeling a renewed sense of awe in local dining experiences.

Great crepes and coffee! Many choices between sweet and savory in a fun atmosphere. We make it a point to stop here when we're in Iowa City. It's easy to tell that the owners are awesome people who care about their restaurant and customers.

Amazing crepes! We were traveling recently in France and when we came back, the first thing we did was eat here. The crepes at Crepes de Luxe are better than all the crepes we tried in France. I recommend the herb chicken crepe, which is a savory crepe with chicken, spinach, Swiss cheese, and pesto sauce drizzled on top. However, I usually substitute the swiss cheese with mozzarella because I personally don’t enjoy the taste of Swiss cheese. If you are looking for something sweet, I would recommend La Reve. This is a crepe with Nutella, banana slices, strawberry, coconut flakes, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar. For things to drink I would recommend their teas, especially Moroccan mint or jasmine tea. The service here is also amazing and they have a lot of staff. I would recommend being there just before it opens because it usually gets crowded soon after it opens. However, even if there is a long wait, the food is definitely worth it to stay. One thing that could be better is parking. Often there is no parking in front of the restaurant because it is in downtown Iowa city. However, if full, there is a parking garage nearby next to the Chauncey Swan building.
Vegetarian options: There are also a lot of vegetarian options. All of the sweet crepes are vegetarian and a couple of the savory crepes are as well. However, you can always ask for no meat on the non vegetarian savory crepes.

This is the third or fourth time I’ve been here. The last two times I’ve brought friends who have all enjoyed the food! Love coming here when I’m in town! Love the hot tea in the special tea holders and the cups!
Parking: We parked around the corner in a paid spot. As this location is right in the main square area be prepared to find a spot and walk to the restaurant and then walk around the area.
