“We have been waiting to come here for 8 months. Every time we have passed by, they were busy. Today we went early and we sat right down. At first the restaurant wasn't loud - it wasn't busy either but within the hour, patrons were standing at the door. We were served right away and the waitress was amazing. Steak and Pancakes were good, biscuit were fresh and the gravy was different. We might come back here at some point but it won't be the next place we try. And the atmosphere was just right.“
“First time dining since the remodel, and it's even better than I remember. Food is pure comfort and exactly what you'd expect from a greasy spoon, but with the added flair of truly fresh avocado, amazing pulled pork, and deliciously crispy hash browns. Maybe a smidge crowded, but worth the squeeze for the amazing food and great service. Will be back for sure.“
“I definitely miss some of the old menu items, but thats maybe the worst thing i could say because the food Blue Bird has is really good currently. Love staff, they seem to handle the lots of people there so well every time, if they are stressed you'd never know. Love them! <3Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options! Yay!“
