Ordered through the app with a set pickup time when I arrived the staff said the system set it for 45 minutes after my set time, they nicely made it right away when I showed them my order confirmation. Very nice and professional

I ordered through UberEat the Firehouse salad with Italian dressing, they added sliced pork in the salad “never orderedthat “ and I don’t eat pork at all. And the sandwich came cold. Disgusting ? I absolutely don’t recommend it$30 in the ?️

I don't understand why it takes 15- 20 minutes to get a sandwich. (AFTER ordering)I hate your competition, but I can get my lunch and eat it within my half hour... not wait forever and have to snarf it down AFAP.... Sandwich making isn't complicated. I've done it.
We had a really good experience here. Placed an order online for some sandwiches, chili, and a couple of brownies. The store manager called right away and explained that their chili machine was temporarily broken and asked if she could substitute the chili for something else. The Mgr. substituted for mac 'n cheese, so all fine there. Subs were fresh. Super quick pick up. I appreciate the above and beyond customer service.

I’ve been eating there on and off since they opened, and recently started going back because of a weekly thing I do nearby.Every. Single. Time. I’ve had a sandwich here, it’s been incredibly over sauced or over dressed. Doesn’t matter if I ask specifically for them to take it easy on the mayo or whatever sauce is on the sandwich - by the time I eat (and sometimes I do that in the store) the whole sandwich is soggy and bogged down with sauce. I’ve never had that issue with subway or Jimmy John’s.Service is consistently ok but I took a couple stars because they never ask about the rewards app, and about half the time the people behind the counter look like ordering is an annoyance.Parking: Plenty of parking right out front.

This is my second visit in two days and I've seen Firehouse Subs but just have never tried it. I regret that decision because this place has the freshest sub sandwiches I've ever tasted. I've only tried the Meatball Sub and The Pepperoni Meatball Sub on a garlic roll and both are very delicious. Unfortunately there isn't one in my area but I will be revisiting when I'm in Florida on vacations in the future. I recommend this place if you want a gourmet sub with the freshest ingredients. Very worth the visit.
