Ordered through the app with a set pickup time when I arrived the staff said the system set it for 45 minutes after my set time, they nicely made it right away when I showed them my order confirmation. Very nice and professional

We had a really good experience here. Placed an order online for some sandwiches, chili, and a couple of brownies. The store manager called right away and explained that their chili machine was temporarily broken and asked if she could substitute the chili for something else. The Mgr. substituted for mac 'n cheese, so all fine there. Subs were fresh. Super quick pick up. I appreciate the above and beyond customer service.

This is my second visit in two days and I've seen Firehouse Subs but just have never tried it. I regret that decision because this place has the freshest sub sandwiches I've ever tasted. I've only tried the Meatball Sub and The Pepperoni Meatball Sub on a garlic roll and both are very delicious. Unfortunately there isn't one in my area but I will be revisiting when I'm in Florida on vacations in the future. I recommend this place if you want a gourmet sub with the freshest ingredients....read full review
