Fuji Grill is a very clean restaurant with a spotlessly clean atmosphere. The food tastes "clean" too, with no gristle on the chicken. The portions are HUGE, with generous portion sizes and a surprisingly reasonable price. Customers enjoyed very good noodle dishes, chicken yaki udon, good pork dumplings, hibachi tofu, hibachi salmon, garlic fried rice, fried sesame balls, hibachi steak and chicken, and hibachi shrimp. The fried rice was packed with flavor, the chicken was cooked to perfection, and the house sauce is totally addictive. The food was absolutely incredible, hot, fresh, and very tasty. Ample meat for meat-eaters and vegetarian/vegan options are available. Free parking and fast takeout are offered. The only negatives are no drink glasses and eating out of To-Go boxes with plastic forks. This is an affordable meal and an I-want-Asian-tonight place.
