The food was pretty good. The famous bowl used to have way more chicken chunks in it. My significant other had maybe 5 bigger pieces. I got the crispy chicken tender meal. It was pretty good. The KFC sauce is delicious! It came with 2 sides and a biscuit. I chose the mashed potatoes and gravy and the coleslaw. The coleslaw was a bit on the dry side. When we got our drinks we noticed that the pop machine didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. The When I was walking out to dining area my feet were slipping all over the place. They definitely need to do a good mopping with some degreaser.
Extremely salty food. I will never go back. I couldn't taste the food because it was so salty.

I pick up doordash from here. Or I should say I try to pick up doordash here. Everytime it takes either 20 minutes or 20 minutes for them to tell me it’s gonna be 15 minutes because they’ve handed out all their chicken. I understand you don’t have to do them right away but some speed would make the whole process easier.

Great job of serving fresh food thru Door dash and getting my meal in a few steps. Service was great and the delivery was as good as the chicken I received.
We used the drive thru to order but they had no biscuits, which is what we wanted... Long story short, we did not order anything and left disappointed.

What a busy location...people were waiting inside for their food and the drive thru was backed up outside. Placed our order and was told to give them about 10 minutes. Our food was given to us in less than 10 and it was very hot. It tasted very good and I enjoyed it completely.
It's KFC food which I enjoy but honestly the place could use some serious work. I waited at the counter for a ridiculous amount of time before having my order taken (around 10 minutes with no one in front of me, they just prioritized drive thru and ignored me for a while, though I did get my food fairly fast once i had my order taken. The restaurant was somewhat messy on the inside too and felt somewhat cramped, though that part might be more personal preference than factual.

This KFC restaurant is awful. I place an online order about 25mins ahead and when I arrived they said that it's not ready. So I waited for another 50 MINS at the restaurant with other disappointed customers. (The place is not even that busy at the time!) I can hear those worker screaming and yelling in the back. They are throwing chickens and stuff around like it's nothing. The place is very dirty, you will feel like you are walking into a zoo. I was about to walk out from that place but I already paid ahead so I don't have a choice but to wait in that dirty zoo. When I came home to check the food, I am more disappointed. All biscuits were under baked, all fired chicken is under cook. On the other hand, all chicken nuggets were wayyyyyyy over cooked, it's almost like burnt. I wouldn't feed my dog with those food!!! The only eatable items are their side orders. The whole experience is terrible and I can't believe this restaurant still exist. Must be a miracle!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE, it will waste your time and money!!!!
