Ate here on November 7 in the early afternoon. I ordered the baked white fish dinner, which included a large roll, French fries and a side salad. The fish was a large portion and baked to perfection. Our waitress was friendly and took good care of us. All employees were friendly. The place appeared clean and there is ample parking. Prices are reasonable. Would definitely come back again when in Iowa City.
Great food and great service. Just like the other Mid-town in town, you are gonna get what you pay for and you are going to like it.
I prefer the atmosphere in the other Mid-town, however as this one seems to attract a lot out-of-towners that can't stop starring at young liberal people who are just sitting there trying to not look at there offensive t-shirt.

Stopped here after driving 9 hours from Tennessee on our way home to MN. It was a welcome reprieve from on the go fast food. Actually tastes home made! I had French toast and it was yummy. All 3 kids cleaned their plates.
