Prices are good. Food is great! For dine-in go to downtown location. This one is carry out, but they have a patio that’s usually sunny. A hidden gem!
Bryan and Sam are really cool and their food is always top tier.

We stopped here for a quick lunch. They have a nice variety of sandwiches and service is quick. A small number of tables inside or outside.
I like this location more than the downtown one during the summer time.Subs are excellent as usual.

Very unique, creative and very delicious food! When we were there, we tried the west coast wrap and it was full of greens and grilled chicken, goat cheese and pistachios.Fresh food, made to order. One goes up to the register to order and then you wait while they fix your food and then you take it and go sit down. They are multi-level, it's narrow and not excessively deep, but there is quite of bit of seating for two people or four people and even if you're just by yourself. There are larger tables up stairs, (they have two floors) The restrooms are on the second floor, as well. Stairs are used to access the second level. They also have very tasty drinks. We had the blueberry lemonade.
Vegetarian options: I do believe that you could get any wrap adjusted to your dietary needs. One could turn a wrap vegetarian. One could add cheese or leave off cheese. I think that they would accommodate that.
Kid-friendliness: I would say it was kid friendly. There is a big front window and it seems like a very fun place that children would like to be.
Parking: Street parking at metered spots, or one could park in the car park(ramps) and walk.

I went to this Nodo location the other day with my boyfriend because I love the food and service at the downtown resteraunt, and were greeted at the door very rudely by the man working. After we ordered he told me he would bring the food out to my car. We were waiting in the car for more than 30 minutes, so my boyfriend went back into the building to see what was taking so long. He stood at the door waiting because they ask customers not to come in, all of the workers were just talking to each other and once of of them saw my boyfriend they packaged the food and brought it to him. I am very disappointed considering the great customer service at the downtown location.
Ate here with the kids today. Great food and friendly service. Please note that this location is only doing to go orders and curbside pickup. Very good!!
Great spot for many years.
NODO has some of the best 'craft' sandwiches in Iowa City. Unique delicious combinations. Staff is very friendly. A bit tricky to find the first time, but definitely worth stopping in. You will become a regular customer.
We came to Iowa City and wanted a small restaurant for a quick lunch. We Googled small sandwich shops, Iowa City. Nodo came up first with more than 4 stars. We got there and it looks like a nice little place. The sandwiches are $8-10 each and that doesn't include any sides or drink. We got the salmon sandwich and the pulled pork sandwich with 2 kids grilled cheeses.
