This is the 2nd time we have been here! The price is great. Food is insane delicious. We've been to a lot of restaurants, Asian cuisine mostly. You're not going to find a better restaurant in Iowa City! A must stop! Their homemade Boba teas are AMAZING too!!! Very quiet and clean. Beautiful lighting for a romantic date night too. Not your typical high traffic take-out brightly lit place. Very nice!

I ordered the bulgogi meal, fried rice, divine mini buns, and an iced matcha latte. The meat and rice were delicious, but I couldn’t even drink the matcha. I love matcha and I know full well it can taste funky to some people, but this drink tasted like straight up floor cleaner. I have never experienced matcha that bitter. When I dumped it out, there was thick green sludge in the bottom of the cup which means it was likely not prepared correctly. It was sad because I...

Incredibly loyal to this place as a vegan! Iowa City has such abysmal vegan options, and Oryza is an absolute godsend. I've tried just about every vegan option now, (which is a LOT) and lately I've been obsessed with the lo mein, pho and fried rice with tofu. Thank you guys for providing delicious food for us vegans and never sacrificing flavor when doing it ♡
