They don’t know how to fully cook their tortillas all the way, and the meat is cooked just enough to be edible. Burlington panch does it 100x better

Came back home for summer break and found it was renovated, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s always been hit or miss for me, but most of the time it’s a hit since I’m starving after a shift at work at like 10pm or after a good workout. Very filling food.

Terrible service and there pop machine doesn’t work

Great vibes, made me smile and the girl working register was very nice. The burrito was steaming hot and the best I’ve had in awhile

North liberty location is so slow.

They do not want to take care of customers in store. Long line of people after I arrived and waited for quite a while. Many people walked out since they were putting priority on filling online orders instead of helping people in the store.

The woman making the burrito complained about how her work in front of us. Very much acted like she hated her job and was rude when asking us what we wanted on our burritos. Other Pancheros resturants seem to have better service and fuller burritos. Don't let this stop you from experiencing it on your own. The food is delicious even if it is a bit skimpy at this particular restaurant.

You’ll be lucky if there’s one competent employee working who gets your burrito made in fewer than 5 minutes. There will likely be at least 2 people cutting meat pretending they don’t see the line of customers and leave the work to the one competent employee.

I try calling them for my refund that doordash sent them to send me back due to missing items and no f answers so I left a voice mail with my order number and phone number and name at least the downtown one answers there phone

I love Pancheros’ food, but this has consistently been the worst location in town, in my experience. (The downtown one is only worse if you try to go there late on a weekend night.)I’ve tried this Riverside location various times over the years, since it’s sometimes the most convenient, and there’s just always something that comes up that makes it an unpleasant experience. From an incident years ago when the person making my food asked for my phone number (NOT for a rewards program, he personally wanted my number), to food left out of a mobile order (on a night when it seemed like there was 1 person working by themselves), it has always seemed neglected and poorly managed, like the staff get little to no training. Or if they do, no one is providing oversight or accountability. You would hope Pancheros would want to do better in their hometown, but I guess they’re too preoccupied trying to expand elsewhere, to the detriment of their brand and business overall.I really hope it gets better someday, because the location is really convenient at times, but it’s going to take management making a serious change and showing they care about quality over quantity.

They close early, over half an hour early. Fix your operating hours. You have customers showing up before closing time and doors are locked. Seems like the employees are just lazy

Staff were unbearable and extremely unfriendly, after waiting in only a 2 person line (me being one of them) for 20 minutes I politely asked how much longer and was snapped at, this is the only Pancheros that has consistent bad service. Take the extra 10 minutes to go to the downtown location, you will get your burrito much faster and have much better service.
