Ordered on DoorDash. Ordered a bowl with Extra chicken and veggies, got neither of both. Won't ordering from there again.
Pancheros Mexican Grill was a very disappointing experience overall. The service felt disorganized, and there was little attention to detail when preparing the order. Even during a relatively normal visit, the wait felt longer than expected.
The food quality did not meet expectations—some ingredients seemed rushed, and the overall taste was underwhelming compared to similar fast-casual Mexican restaurants. Portions were inconsistent, and the experience did not feel worth the price.
The restaurant itself was fine in appearance, but cleanliness and staff attentiveness could be improved. Overall, this visit fell short, and I would not be eager to return unless significant improvements are made in both service and food quality.

The customer service here SUCKS. I tried going here for the second time thinking that service would be better but no I'll just keep going to the one that's Down Town Iowa City or Coralville at least ill get what I pay for

They don’t know how to fully cook their tortillas all the way, and the meat is cooked just enough to be edible. Burlington panch does it 100x better
Came back home for summer break and found it was renovated, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s always been hit or miss for me, but most of the time it’s a hit since I’m starving after a shift at work at like 10pm or after a good workout. Very filling food.

North liberty location is so slow.
They do not want to take care of customers in store. Long line of people after I arrived and waited for quite a while. Many people walked out since they were putting priority on filling online orders instead of helping people in the store.

The woman making the burrito complained about how her work in front of us. Very much acted like she hated her job and was rude when asking us what we wanted on our burritos. Other Pancheros resturants seem to have better service and fuller burritos. Don't let this stop you from experiencing it on your own. The food is delicious even if it is a bit skimpy at this particular restaurant.

You’ll be lucky if there’s one competent employee working who gets your burrito made in fewer than 5 minutes. There will likely be at least 2 people cutting meat pretending they don’t see the line of customers and leave the work to the one competent employee.

I try calling them for my refund that doordash sent them to send me back due to missing items and no f answers so I left a voice mail with my order number and phone number and name at least the downtown one answers there phone
