Ordered today late at night and my pizza was promptly ready when I arrvied ten minutes later. The food was very well made and tasted great. While picking up my food, Vanessa (who i presume is the manager at the location) went out of her way to greet me and ask my how my day was. I stayed for a couple minutes and had a great conversatio with her. On top of her personability, I also witnessed how she gave constructive criticism to her staff in a positive and genuinely helpful manner. I would advise anyone in the area to patronize this location and help it get the support it needs. The people and food are wonderful.

First of all our ordered was canceled by them! Secondly, when I called to find out why the lady was very unprofessional and kept talking to other people on the phone instead of placing me on hold or something with some sense of intelligence. So at this point in my 11-year-old little girl is hungry. She has to wait even longer. Even a simple phone call would have been more appropriate. SMH

Walk in customer and the counter person offered me the Big New Yorker pizza for $13.99. I said sure and ordered a pepperoni Big New Yorker. She then said that will be $18.99. I said you just told me $13.99. The manager came up and was very rude. She did correct the price, but when I got home with my pizza is was just cheese.Horrible customer service and the pizza was bad with no flavor. Will never go to that location again.

The last 4 or 5 times I've had pizza hut, it was terrible. Was in a punch, and needed something pretty fast. Was very impressed with the quality of the pizza, and how friendly the 2 girls working were. It was one of the best chain pizzas I've ever had. Would definitely go to this pizza hut again

There was only one worker working and she was by herself. She handled the pressure of orders and customers very well. I mean her patience and customer service shows how well she can deal with working under pressure good job. However the lady did not put on gloves! I watched her fix several pizzas digging her un-sanitize hands in the toppings . At first I thought maybe they are out of gloves but then later saw a full rack of them hanging on the wall. She didn’t wear gloves nor wash her hands the full 30 minutes I was standing there. She checked people out took money and went back to digging her hands in the food VERY UNSANITARY! I mean come on now. Not only is it unsanitary but what if someone was allergic to a topping she touched with her bare hands? On top of that the pizza was disgusting ? I could not eat it. Great work ethic but very unsanitary I see why I cook a lot at home. Will be calling back to see how they can accommodate me as I wasted $25 and didn’t get to eat my dinner.

Pre scheduled a delivery, special pizza NO sauce as I can't eat it. Ordered for my lunch and guess what it has on it..... you guessed it sauce. There's a waste of $ because they won't refund only replace and it's been over a year since I've had pizza Hut for this exact reason.

I understand it’s Christmas Eve. But this was by far the worst service we have ever had!!!!! On top of giving them a second chance after they messed up our order last time. Heather was beyond rude and did not help us what so ever. Under cooked, missing an entire piece in the pizza?? The pizza was beyond doughy. I would just not waste your time. I’ll be keep track of my money being returned in 3 days.
