ordered a pepperoni pizza and was told 40 minutes until it was arriving. an hour and a half later still no pizza. called, and the "manager" was cursing and yelling at us. refused a refund. called corporate. waiting for refund.
pizza hut has been a shitshow for a while now, was hoping for better service. I'll never order from pizza hut ever again.
Just had the worst pizza from Pizza Hut. Buffalo chicken Pizza looked like hot garbage. Tasted even worse. Looked like someone squirted Frank’s hot sauce on pizza but tasted soggy and greasy with no flavor to the hot sauce. Ordered with no onions or banana peppers but got both of them 🤦♀️. Pizza Hut standards have gone down. Threw it all away but 1 piece. Good chance will no longer order pizza from there just pasta and breadsticks next time.

Pizza Hut is a reliable spot for takeout, with friendly staff who get orders right and are ready for pickup on time. Late-night orders are also promptly prepared, and the food is well-made and tastes great. The staff, including the manager, are personable and provide excellent customer service. After a few disappointing experiences, some customers have been pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the pizza and the friendly service, making it one of the best chain pizzas around.
