This might be the best BBQ in Iowa. First had it when I was visiting from Florida. Now ironically I live about 90 mins from here and will drive just to eat here. The Mac and cheese is amazing but truthfully I have yet to have a bad bite from this place. Do yourself and everyone you know a favor and eat here!

We were passing through on a day trip back home. Great customer service and food! The guy taking orders was super friendly and asking everyone how their day was going. The Mac and cheese was phenomenal, sweet potato fries were the right amount of crisp, and burnt end sandwich hit the spot!
11 out of 10 dentists would agree. This place is 🔥. Top notch food, phenomenal service. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and my enemies.

I have had a number of things on the menu and not one of them has failed to amaze! Me and my family are avid BBQ connoisseurs and pops holds their own against the best Kansas City BBQ has to offer...Must try!

I ordered two 1-lb. rib tip and fries baskets. The rib tips tasted really good even without any extra sauce. The seasoning and texture were on point. Portions were a very good amount. Staff was friendly on the phone and in person. I'll definitely stop by again and dine in and recommend it.

Best BBQ I've had. Everything on the menu was amazing.
Drove out to attend my nephew's graduation and he chose Pop's for lunch afterwards. This place delivers on flavor! Hadn't the Pulled Pork & Grilled Cheese sandwich - all I can say is OMG! I will dream of this sandwich when I am back home.

I travel from Cedar Rapids to get Pop's regularly. The best in the corridor.

Food was great, terrible deal for the price. $10 for burnt ends in Iowa you’d expect a decent helping considering the price of pork and also the fact they also don’t give you any sides at all. Hardly got a full serving. Picture of the untouched meal below.
