Very nice server. I ordered half a rack of ribs with Brussel sprouts and potato salad. Ribs are meaty and so hot I had to eat with a fork at first. Great BBQ

We had pulled pork, brisket, burnt ends, potato salad and french fries; everything was excellent! Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for delicious and fast barbeque. We will absolutely be returning when we are in the area again.Parking: Very small parking lot shared with a church. Very limited parking spots.

The food was great! I had a smoked chicken sandwich and coleslaw, both were excellent. I got their spicy hot sauce. It was probably spicy hot for most Americans, but not me. It did have a good flavor. I am going to go back to Pop's again. Everything looked good.
I remember when this place opened!!! As a BBQ fan, I was very happy to see someone doing BBQ right in the heart of Iowa City!! Next time I'm back I'll have to pop in!!
