“The food was delicious, however, the clerk had trouble ringing up the coupon, so we used another code.. ( later found out it was app only) but, lunch for 2 WITH the $5 off was still over $37... that's too high for us when it's basically self serve .. I picked up beverages and another trip to get sandwiches.. I didn't feel like I needed to leave a tip ... my husband was still hungry ( 🫤)
We had the soup and 1/2 sandwich each with a coffee latte.“
“What a great place. Met a young man named Carter last Thursday. He was making jokes as I ordered food, it was a lovely time. I ordered a morning muscle, and it came out perfectly. Keep going young man! Will be visiting Java House again soon!“

“Hannah was one of the most lovely servers we’ve ever had they deserve the whole world and more we adored Hannah so much and the service was incredible she needs a raise asap get this girl on employee of the month now she was so kind and charismatic and made us want to come back in the near future“

“Swinging by for a pre game meal before hawkeye womens basketball games (non-sunday) is a must for us. Cranberry Kelly for the wife and the hottest variety for me. Hers is a scoop, mine on wheat bread, hers with chips, mine with soup and always perfect. Wish they would open one in central Iowa....west des moines would be perfect!“

“Never been to a panera bread before and maybe it’s normal, but the butter was frozen lol. Couldn’t get it to spread, pretty annoying lol. Coffee was good though.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly as it’s in the middle of a mall.“

“I’ve only been to Panera twice, and both times my order was messed up. What’s more frustrating is that when I called about it, the response felt careless—like they didn’t really care to make it right. I get that it’s not their money being spent, but I ordered the same thing twice and both times it was wrong. Disappointing experience overall“

“This place was surprisingly good. The chicken melt was amazing and the bread was crispy. The adjacent coffee shop has a variety of lattes and the vibes are great to hang out as well as do work at. Would totally come back to this place. The current photos of the food do not do it justice.“
