waited at the window for a good 5 minutes before anyone even talked to me. then they made my drink size a small when i got a venti. and when i i got my new drink it tasted like absolute ass. it tasted like straight toffee nut when it was a white mocha with two pumps of toffee nut. i get this drink every time and it has never been this bad. i get they can get busy but it's frustrating when i'm paying almost $10 for a damn drink and they can't even make it right.

Very disappointed they inely had one drink and they stopped making
They are active and good ladies , I paid for 1 coffee ☕ cash for 2 dollars ;then I came back for 2 pieces of donuts for 5 dollars .. I gave the cashier 100 dollars bill . She returned it back to me and gave me the 2 pieces for free !.What a nice people...

Ordered a caramel Frappuccino with vanilla, got handed a vanilla bean Frappuccino. I told her I didn’t order that and was very disappointed with the amount of attitude and was told I have to keep it. Reluctantly she took the cup back. Manager fixed me the correct drink, and told me next time to order a caramel Frappuccino with vanilla ??♀️

One of the better Starbucks locations that I’ve been to! I frequently come here to study. It is very loud, but that’s to be expected at a busy coffee shop. Sometimes there is an extremely long wait for drinks, so I would recommend ordering ahead of you are in a rush. I have occasionally had the wrong drink made, but the staff is very willing to remake it and are understanding.

Was told if I didn't have papers on hand for my dog I would have to leave no pets allowed unless you have service papers on hand. First starbucks my frenchie got kicked out
