About The Black Angel

The Black Angel is a restaurant that serves excellent food at reasonable prices, including great Po Boys and breakfast tacos. It is known for its phenomenal atmosphere, which is relaxed and comfortable, though it can become a bit noisy. The service is top-notch, featuring craft cocktails and dishes like homemade tortilla soup delivered promptly.

The menu boasts a variety of delicious options, including the popular beef brisket sandwich and the "Superstition" dish, often described as one of the best things a customer has tasted in decades. The chicken tortilla soup remains a standout, with just the right level of spice. Recent reviews highlight the breakfast tacos with hash browns and breakfast burrito as generous servings, providing enough for another meal.

The Black Angel has a stylish yet comfortable ambiance with a casual formal feel. Parking is generally available, but it may be more challenging during busy times like nights and weekends. The restaurant's size and layout may present some accessibility challenges for wheelchair users, depending on the size of the chair and the crowd. Overall, the food quality and presentation have received high praise, making it a must-stop destination for those looking to enjoy a memorable dining experience.
