Went for lunch. Gorgeous antique bar. Tempeh rueben was excellent. Apple crumble and cortado were a happy surprise. It’s not new but it is new to me. Really liked it. Waiter/bartender was nice and knew the menu backwards and forwards (what’s local, Council Kolsch’s big win at a national competition, etc).
Really good made-from-scratch food. My style. I've had their specials both times I've been visiting Iowa, and have left very full and happy. Not a lot of processed meat substitutes (if any), which i love. Cute place, great people, and easy parking too.

The server was ok but I was the only customer and service was slow and not attentive.
