Unfortunately, the food was not the quality I was hoping for. The pork shoulder was tender, but the turkey and brisket were really dry. Mac and cheese and house made chips were delicious, but the meats didn’t deliver.
Cactus Bob's has the best BBQ around, and their sauces. They also catered for our wedding, all our guests loved it as well. I've been eating leftovers from that for a solid week and still not tired of it.
This place is underrated!!! We have driven past this place for 3 years and decided to stop and try it tonight. You walk in and get a Texas BBQ feel. My husband got the Brisket Cheesesteak sandwich and described the meat as being Smokey and tender & the cheese sauce made it even better.
