Kinda disappointing they don’t even have valentine donuts for Valentine’s Day. We didn’t even stop in that late in the morning

Put a sign up if you don't have donuts. I have stopped twice when they didn't have donuts. They are know for their donuts. Understand that things happen. But after you already in the drive through and don't have time to go elsewhere for breakfast really stinks.

Sorry, but if you have donuts in the name of your shop and you are out of donuts at 8:50am on a Thursday, you're doing something wrong. 😳

I’ve been trying to make stopping at Dunkin’s on Sundays a weekly occurrence for bonding time with my boyfriend. I Just got back to my apartment with the food and coffee I ordered… 3 coffees and 3 sandwiches. The first minor annoyance was that there was no bag to put the sandwiches into, nor was there a drink carrier offered. If it would have been just me in the car that would have brought the annoyance level up a notch… the thing that really annoys and irritates me is I asked for 3 sourdough breakfast sandwiches, 2 bacon, 1 sausage. I was charged 40$ for food I didn’t ask for… there was double egg on 2 of the 3 sandwiches, one had white cheddar cheese in the ticket, and all of them were bacon. If I wanted to go somewhere to be overcharged and not get what I asked for, I would have went to McDonalds. I won’t be going to your establishment anymore… not to the one I went to, nor any others. Thanks but no thanks.

Went to try it for the first time at 11 today, it was dead. There was an elderly couple looking at donuts and one person was helping them. There were 2 other workers and none of them greeted me when I walked in or acknowledged me. Fine. I stood there for a few minutes and no one bothered to take my order at the register. One of the other 2 girls looked at me, but continued to ignore me. So I left. This place is a joke. There was no one inside or even in the drive thru, yet you can't provide decent service to walk ins??? Definitely never bothering with this place again. Workers are just there to not work, yet get paid.

It’s my birthday today 6:15 they don’t have regular ice coffee today at a coffee place. It was still like 45 minutes left till close. They close at 7… They won’t make me one at all they told to pick a different type of coffee. I asked why they said they’re not making more.

I stopped by this establishment while running errands, and while placing an order at the drive-thru, the order taker's tone came off as rude and unfriendly. I asked the order taker if I could place two separate orders because we had two families in my car, and we were paying with different cards. He said no. I then mentioned that I had recently placed two separate orders at the West Des Moines (WDM)/Waukee location, and the rude person replied that the 8th Street and WDM locations may be under different franchises.

I proceeded to place one order, went to the window, paid, and asked if I could place another order while at the window, as no one was waiting in line. I was told no again and that I should either come into the store or go back through the drive-thru. I left the location and drove to the WDM location to place my second order. I asked the barista at the window if both locations were owned by the same franchise. The district manager happened to be at the site, and after speaking with me, he confirmed that both locations are owned by the same franchise and that he would address my complaint.

The 8th Street location is losing money for this franchise, and after reading other Google reviews, I suggest they take some action. Additionally, the 8th Street location needs more customer service training, especially on how to accommodate two orders, which is not difficult. I will not be visiting the 8th Street location anytime soon.

We ordered 3 simple coffee’s they all tasted like water. Caramel frappe, mocha cold brew, and pumpkin cold brew all 3 of them looked like straight white cream. You’d think the mocha one would’ve been dark brown colored, the pumpkin and caramel one would’ve looked light brown like coffee but no all 3 drinks were white with whip cream on the top that blended in with the drink.

I got a simple chocolate long John and half a dozen of donuts. Usually when you go to any donut place they give you a bag for your donut and one for the donut holes. It looks like they grabbed a handful of donut holes and threw it in with the donut. This caused ALL of the chocolate to come off and stay on the bottom. Not a good experience.
