Put a sign up if you don't have donuts. I have stopped twice when they didn't have donuts. They are know for their donuts. Understand that things happen. But after you already in the drive through and don't have time to go elsewhere for breakfast really stinks.
I got a simple chocolate long John and half a dozen of donuts. Usually when you go to any donut place they give you a bag for your donut and one for the donut holes. It looks like they grabbed a handful of donut holes and threw it in with the donut. This caused ALL of the chocolate to come off and stay on the bottom. Not a good experience.
Not sure the name of the young lady (long Brown hair in a pony tail) who helped me in the drive thru but she was very kind! She made my drink perfect and made sure my order was correct! Excellent customer service. Thank you so much!
