Your guy in drive through was rude, did not even talk to me except to say Jimmy John's and yep. We had to get my sandwich remade because it was wrong and the gentleman inside was very courteous. If you go to this location go inside.

I placed an online order for a combo meal and the online ordering system gave me an error message when I asked for delivery at a certain time. No big deal. I just bumped up my time. But my order was still delivered 25 minutes before the time I chose! Wow! Jesse, the JJ driver, sent me a text letting me know that my food had been delivered early! Thanks Jesse!

I gave them a chance twice. One, I placed a larger order of lunch boxes for a class I was teaching. Put in the notes that I didn't want mayo on any of them and low and behold, I got a call that there was mayo on the turkeys. The atmosphere of the conversation gave of the vibe that they weren't going to remake them. So I asked them to and was met with that they won't have them done by my original pick up time, fine no biggie, I'll pick 1/2 an hour later. Met...
