I spoke with 2 people yesterday who assured me that my complaint and refund would be handled in a timely manner by the location that the problem occurred and still have not been contacted.
I was on a road trip home and stopped at a location near Des Moines, Iowa. We stopped on 3/11/2025. I placed an order online at 4:22 pm. Staff is incredibly rude, not just to me but i could over hear the way they spoke to other customers. Super long wait.
Echoing every single other 1&2 star comments, I don’t understand why we stayed in line for 30+ minutes ( 3 cars )
