The last few times I've tried to order delivery from this location it hasn't let me. Today I got a message saying the store is only open until 4:00 pm?? Idk if they're having staffing shortages or what but everything online still says open till 9pm.
I gave them a chance twice. One, I placed a larger order of lunch boxes for a class I was teaching. Put in the notes that I didn't want mayo on any of them and low and behold, I got a call that there was mayo on the turkeys. The atmosphere of the conversation gave of the vibe that they weren't going to remake them. So I asked them to and was met with that they won't have them done by my original pick up time, fine no biggie, I'll pick 1/2 an hour later. Met with resistance but...read full review

I placed an online order for a combo meal and the online ordering system gave me an error message when I asked for delivery at a certain time. No big deal. I just bumped up my time. But my order was still delivered 25 minutes before the time I chose! Wow! Jesse, the JJ driver, sent me a text letting me know that my food had been delivered early! Thanks Jesse!
