“Drive thru at this McDonalds is the way to go. Eating inside is fine too, but this store never really messes up my orders, the food is always HOT, and I love that. The workers are great listeners when taking the orders. This store just nails performance over all. They need to start selling Chicken McGriddles again, and then it would be a perfect score for them.“

“I spoke with 2 people yesterday who assured me that my complaint and refund would be handled in a timely manner by the location that the problem occurred and still have not been contacted. I was on a road trip home and stopped at a location near Des Moines, Iowa. We stopped on 3/11/2025. I placed an order online at 4:22 pm. We pulled in shortly after and proceeded to follow the instructions of pulling into a stall, checking in on the app and putting in the stall number. The progress bar showed the order was sent to the kitchen. About 20 minutes had gone by and still no food had come out, the drive thru line was moving slowly, so I didn't want to bother the employees if they were short staffed or overwhelmed. 40 minutes had now gone by and I decided to hit the red order/call button. After about 2 or 3 minutes, a lady got on the intercom and asked what I wanted. I proceeded to explain I had checked in for a mobile order and then she right away told me to come inside. I thought that was a bit strange since it's employees only and the kitchen where non-workers should not be allowed for sanitary reasons. Once I came in, she asked what I wanted to order. I explained that I had placed a mobile order and had been waiting 40 minutes. She then scrolls through the screen and tells me that they don't have ice cream. If they knew this as soon as the order was sent, why did someone not come out and tell us. 2 items that were placed had ice cream in it, so I asked if they could just refund those. She then tells me that they can't refund anything and that I would have to request it in the app. I then ask if I can just get a soda to replace the specialty float they couldn't make. She reluctantly said yes after asking if I was going to request a refund for both items they didn't have. After explaining that I have been waiting for 40 minutes, not one of the 4 employees in the store offered an apology or an explanation why my food and drinks had been sitting and not brought out. The girl who initially told me to come inside, instead of grabbing the drinks and handing me my food, she proceeds to complain about the shift and tells the other employees to clean up and she leaves. The guy working the drive thru is saying how the day had been slow, which if that's the case, why am I being asked to come into the kitchen to grab my own food after 40 minutes. I eventually had to ask for my bag of food and multiple drinks because, although it's painfully obvious that I am inside the location that I should not be in, waiting for food that apparently has been made but nobody wanted to bring out, even though that is their litteral job. I get my food and by the time I get back to my car after all is said and done, it has now been 50 minutes from the time I placed my order. Needless to say, the food was cold, soggy and gross and the drinks were completely watered down. But after the interaction that was just had, I wasn't about to ask for it to be remade because at this point I had been in my car with 4 kids driving already for 6 hours, with 4 more to go and this had already set us back almost an hour longer than planned. I contacted someone by phone as well as the texting option and both stated they could not process a refund but would escalate my complaint and have the management contact me. I stated multiple times I did not wish to speak with anyone from the stores location due to the extreme unprofessionalism of the staff. The food was not able to be eaten on top of items I did not receive and feel that it is more than reasonable to expect a full refund.“

“First time eating here. Friendly staff, fast service, reasonable prices, generous portions and delicious burgers and fries. I enjoyed the mushroom Swiss burger with perfectly seasoned crinkle fries. Our daughter is home from college, and she told us that’s the best burger she’s had in a long time. She had the bacon cheeseburger. Hubby had the double cheeseburger, it looked great too. He must’ve enjoyed it, he ate the whole thing! Glad we found this place, we will be back.“

Out server, the cooks, the manager….everyone did such an amazing job at making it a beautiful night! “We haven't been to Red Robin in years. I am glad we stopped today. I was in the mood for a burger but I am not a fan of brioche buns and I asked the server if they had other options. They don't and she asked me why I didn't like and I told her I find it sweet. While we were deciding she took the time to have a bun toasted and brought it for me to try before I ordered. Who even does that? great customer service. THe burgers were very good. Cooked perfectly, and came out piping hot . Briana needs a raise“

“This looks like a regular restaurant and more expensive than DQ from the outside, but was surprisingly inexpensive with meals (burger, fries, drink) ranging from packages that are $6+. The food is very similar to DQ, as well as the shakes similar to DQ blizzards, but the prices are to similar to Burger King's coupon deals and the environment like a retro 1960's restaurant. Super surprised at the great prices! Photos shown are just like the actual food.“

“I am the type of person that loves positivity and giving great reviews. Give honor to where honor is due. And I give great reviews, call the managers and praise the service all the time. I have also had my share of terrible service and/or food and usually do not say a word. The experience I had this afternoon at Culvers in Ankeny was horrendous. The food that is. The drive through guy that took my order, payment and delivery was so kind and helpful. I ordered a cod dinner and was only able to eat some of the fish. The 2 sides I ordered were cheese curds and fries. Both were so cold, hard and dry. I was so disappointed. The roll that came with it was cold, hard and dry as well. The butter was good! I did eat most of the fish but it too was tough. WHAT has happened to Culvers? Don't they realize that they are not the only option for food? Sad to say but I will be going to those other options for my meals in the future. The concrete I ordered was sloppy (down side of cup) and melting but did taste good. I HATE leaving a poor review but come on Culvers. Do better. Be better. If it had been just 1 food this review would never have been written. Oh, side note. This was after the lunch rush and before dinner rush. It was close to 2. Got right into drive through with no waiting. Disappointed.“

“Okay as far as greasy IHOP food goes, this place was pretty good. I was amazed to see how modernized it was and on top of that, how clean it was. Food was good for what it is. Service was pretty on point, restrooms were clean ? and we found lots of free parking.

Parking: As of right now there's not much parking there at all because of all the construction but if you look to the east a little bit there is more than plenty“

“I not only was going through a breakup but just really self sabotaging , I went to eat at IHOP and my whole day changed . My server was Nicki , The food was great , the atmosphere was comfortable & to make it Soo much better , Nicki really made me feel seen , She stopped and checked on me countless times to make sure I was okay . “Hands down my favorite bar. All the bartenders rock, the space is cozy, the drinks are actually reasonably priced, and they don’t skimp on the liquor. If it’s a busy night it can be HARD to find seating, but that’s most bars to be fair. Highly recommend“

“The Cabaret is a great place for drinks, food and music. They have daily specials. They have a $10 Burger lunch special ( Monday - Friday), it comes with a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink for $10. Burger and fries are good and perfect for a fast weekday lunch. The servers are friendly and the service is quick. They also always have live music on the weekends, daily food and drink specials or activities going on everyday. Great place to eat, drink, and hangout.“

Dreading eating outing if the vending machine I googled food near me and Ted's sounded delicious. And it was. Chicago dogs, Massive tenderloin and Onion Rings later and we were completely satisfied. “Went through the drive thru yesterday for lunch for my toddler. The line was crazy for drivers side so we went through passenger side and I let him pass the money out his own window and get his food. He loved it and the guy working the window was amazing with him! He had the biggest smile!“
