Pagliai’s is our go to 3-4 times a month. We have always had great food and service until tonight. From the time we walked in tonight, something was off. We waited over 5 minutes before anyone talked to us to seat us. We then were seated and sat and waited again. People who came in after us had drinks before anyone stopped at our table.
